Abstract. The status of a legal and democratic state requires the development of effective mechanisms for the implementation of the principles, the observance of which will improve the efficiency of public authorities and their interaction with business. In the private-public partnership model of government and business the basic mechanism of interaction between the subjects are specialized areas (business platform), allowing for effective dialogue equivalent of communicants. Properly structured communication mechanisms of interaction of business and government to significantly improve the investment attractiveness as a specific business and the country as a whole. Based on the analysis of models of interaction between business and the state concluded that the development of relations between business and government, there is a substantial imbalance, which is reflected in a significant dominance of power (especially at the Federal level). Widespread informal relations between representatives of business and government is not always the cause of corruption. This issue requires the study. The absence of developed regulatory framework
(e.g legislation on lobbying) as consequence leads to the lack of certainty in the resolution of economic disputes. Professional associations significantly increase the communication possibilities of business representatives with the authorities. It is proposed to create a ranking of the effectiveness of such associations and to provide government support to the most effective of them.
