THE NEED TO BUILD NEW COMMUNICATION MODELS OF INTEGRATION OF UNIVERSITIES AND LABOR MARKET IN RUSSIA

Abstract. The rapid changes occurring in the labor market need to accelerate the integration process of the interaction of various actors that are relevant to training and their use as active subject of social and economic relations. In the space of interaction between the labor market and educational services there are two entities – the employers and the graduates. Employers ‘ requirements to the quality of potential graduate today has increased dramatically –the employer stands today as a demanding client and appraiser at the same time. In accordance with part 3 of article 96 of the Federal law of 29.12.2012 No273-FZ “On education in Russian Federation” recognition of the quality and level of training of graduates who have mastered an educational program of each organization performing educational activities that meet the requirements of professional public accreditation.
Training to develop new competencies should include not only classroom teaching activities of the faculty, but also the active communication partners, who can contribute to the achievement of the objectives in the training, meeting the requirements of employers. On this basis, the universities are making great efforts to enhance communications with specific enterprises, industries, which in turn requires the formation of new information and communication models of integration of universities and labor market.
