Abstract. In the article communication and staffing problem of modern Russian public youth policy is investigated. The main measures undertaken by public authorities to get increase in efficiency of work carried-out with youth are allocated. The tendency to creation of feedback mechanisms in system of youth policy, and also to development of professional competences of the experts realizing it is noted.
