Annotation: The main idea is to ensure that the media often reflect the mass psychology that illuminate the problem of migration and migrant. In article the essence of xenophobia as special case of a migrant-phobia reveals. It is emphasized that migration, on the one hand, is a necessary element of ensuring activity of many states. On the other hand, migration generates a migrant-phobia.
Xenophobia is considered as awakening of the archaic, animal beginnings, return to the past and spiritual degradation. Xenophobia assumes aggression and rejection of the stranger. Therefore xenophobia resists to tolerance.
