MASS COMMUNICATION AS TRANSPARENCY MECHANISM IN REALIZATION OF STATE POLICY

Abstract: the widespread introduction of political-communicative practices in the activities of the executive branch is considered in the article as anti-corruption measure and mechanism of public legitimacy political-management decisions. The mass media, non-profit organizations and the public are able to assume the function of control over the transparent implementation of all government policies. The article discusses the mission of the mass media and the role of transparency in terms of promotion of execution of the mission, as well as its importance for the democratization of society. The author reveals the possibilities in which the state could build its activities more clearly, specific examples provide an assessment of the current state of transparency of public administration.
