Abstract: The role of communication in the management of human resources processes in modern healthcare organizations is presented from the perspective of human resource policies of the healthcare system in terms of its reform. The article reviewed the role of professional communications in the regulation of HR processes in medical organizations. Author analyzes the levels of internal and external communications in the regulation of HR processes. Special attention
is given to the role of interaction of all participants in the implementation of human resources policies in health care: medical organizations, professional associations, educational institutions and government agencies. Author marks problem issues of professional associations’ communication in order to participate in the management of HR processes. The role of information processes in terms of health care reform is described. The author comes to the conclusion about the need for a balanced approach to the implementation of professional communication.
