Annotation: In article developments of modern Russian intellectual elite in their interaction with political and business elites and in the context of modern innovative and modernization processes are analyzed. It is shown that for the Post-Soviet period intellectual elite moved to sub-elite interaction space and lost considerable resources of influence and demand of their activity. Conditions (first of all factors of new mobilization development under pressure of global political «players») are shown under which intellectual elite will become demanded.
