Abstract: For a modern political scientist it is necessary to forecast the development of the political situation, but the forecasting process is complex and time-consuming, and therefore there is a need to find means to simplify the task. Many ways of prediction are controversial and not sufficiently effective, which requires detailed study to identify the most reliable methods.
Modern international relations are characterized by different nature hybrid threats, and forecasting is a serious challenge, since it requires quick response. Thus there is a need for fast and accurate forecasts, enabling quick decisions and reaction to the situation.
