The object of the research is legal and political relations and political communication in the area of functioning and cooperation of central power institute represented by the President of the Russian Federation and the institute of the head of the subject of Russian Federation. The research considers in details such aspects as political
and legal nature of the grounds for suspension of the head of the subject of Russian Federation due to lack of confidence. The main conclusions of the research are identification of problems both on the grounds and the procedure for suspension of the head of the subject of the Russian Federation due to lack of confidence.
