Abstract: Mechanism of social control in addition to set of laws and principles also includes based on them forms and methods of social control. With broad consideration of the nature of the forms and methods of social management their use is determined by their relationship with people and the tasks of social control, algorithms for solving social goals and objectives. The influence of the subject of management on its objects is carried out in the particular conditions of society and the life of the object.
