Abstract: The authors of the article consider communicative aspects of the Russian society adaptation to the new technological turn in the contemporary civilization. On the example of the mass segment of the communicative area the authors show the breach of the value generation processes in the society, which is the result of the “torn” by “individuals” net communication (Poelueva L. A). A
decline in intellectual and educational level, fixed in the Russian society, is caused, as the authors think, by the moral “simplification” and vulgar interpretation of the communicative activity freedom denying a person’s cultural responsibility for the result of this activity. The authors, accentuating the ideas of noocommunicology (Yu. P. Budantsev) state the necessity of forming a new topical communication philosophy that would respond to the humanistic request of the information- technological future of Russia. To make it happen one has to generate serious paradigms of social targeting to contrapose to spontaneous network overweight of individual views in order to concentrate the communicative and intellectual powers of the society on the humanistic-oriented development strategies. As an actual communicative strategy the authors propose anthropo-cosmism for a number of reasons. First, anthropo-cosmism paradigmatically unite the subjects of communication with the moral bonds; second, it grants them personal as well as global and cosmic authority for the future and, consequently, anthropo-cosmism possesses a great strategic potential.
The authors come to the conclusion that a key element of “the new sixth technological mode” (Glaz’ev S. Yu.) that can substantially upgrade the global information processes in the direction of humanism will be cultural, “human-oriented” text activity. Textual linguo-culture acts as its methodological foundation. As an objectification of the new humanistic strategy the authors
propose monumentalism as an ontology of “great ideas”, i.e. ideas that unite the society with high moral values.

Key words: communication, communicative strategy, humanistic breakthrough, text activity, text linguo-culture, anthropo-cosmism, monumentalism, network humanism.
