Abstract: The article discusses the mass media foundations of ethno-political commun ication in the modern conditions, finds out accents of public opinions on the national discourse in the press, sets the possible management risks for the process of harmonization of multi-ethnic society, defines the reference points of information policy in the sphere of inter-ethnic relations.
