Dear colleagues, our American guests!

It is me, for those who do not know me yet - Felix Sharkov , deputy director of the Institute of State Service and Human Resources, chief of Public Relations and Media Policy Department. In addition I am also chief - editor of the "Communicology"International scientific journal.
The next - deputy head of the department of public relations and media policy for Academic Affairs Professor Nazarova Elena Alexandrovna who had training in the above mentioned programme in the United States twice – last and this year. The seminar is prepared according to the approval and under the organizational leadership of Director In the Institute of Public administration (IGSUP) RANERA, Doctor of Sociology, Professor Alexander Ivanovich Turchinov . Now here in the Institute of public administration (IGSUP) we will continue discussions of these problems and be able to summarize the results of the traineeship, as well as to make some theoretical generalizations .
We kindly ask the speakers in a very short period (2-3 days) to send their thesis , as we will publish them both in the International scientific journal "Communicology " and electronic scientific journal with the same name , registered in Paris. Publications will be in Russian and English ..I would like to note that for __5_ months of its existence, the magazine web site was read and looked through by__12000__ Americans , that is far exceeding citation by Americans of many magazines with much more longer period of their work.
Some new columns "Gender Communicology", "International Educational and scientific activity" are to be open for the publication.
I also kindly ask you to make any suggestions and changes to the programme of the training course "Gender Communicology", developed by me during the training in the United States.
Before the welcoming speech of other people , we would like to show a brief video presentation about the participation of our scientists and professionals in the activities of the U.S. program.
