Annotation. The article considers the global, regional and country challenges to civil service, determining efficiency improvement of state machinery. Preconditions of creation of the Regional Hub of civil service in Astana are revealed. The focus is on the importance of network communications for the exchange of the experiences in the field of public service. The article also presents the information on activities of the Regional Hub of civil service in Astana.
