Abstract:The contemporary international relations are characterized by high instability, which made it difficult to build long-term mutually beneficial forms of cooperation. Nevertheless, depending on what criteria the selection process of partners for creation of joint transaction is conducted, and what patterns of communicative interaction are used, depends largely the stability and prosperity
of the country. The article offers the author’s methodology of actors selection for creating joint transactions which supposes all-round analyses of actor’s main characteristics and on the basis on such analyze the selection of definite model of the communicative interaction is offered.
